Allow me to introduce myself. I have been a proud resident of Lapeer my entire life, enjoying the beauty and charm of this wonderful community. My journey has been filled with joy as I have been happily married for 45 years, blessed with two children, and three grandchildren, with another one on the way.

In 2024, I will celebrate an incredible milestone of 50 years as a State Farm Agent. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in helping individuals understand the importance of life insurance. As an Ambassador Travel Qualifier and Crystal Honor Qualifier, I have demonstrated my commitment to excellence. Furthermore, I have served as the past president of the Lapeer Co Hockey Association, chairman of the Lapeer Gus Macker Basketball, and treasurer of the Lapeer Downtown Development Authority. Additionally, I have held the esteemed position of president for both the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lapeer and the Lapeer Optimist Club.

Hello, I would like to introduce myself. I am Donna Smith, Office Manager. I was born, raised and still living in Lapeer. Lapeer is definitely my hometown. I graduated from Lapeer East High School and went on to get my Bachelor Degree from Detroit College of Business. I married my high school sweetheart Tim. We have a son, Kenny. Kenny is now married to his beautiful wife Danielle and they have given us two beautiful grandkids, Gavin and Josie. We enjoy every second with them. Tim and I enjoy traveling, golf and time with family and friends.

I began working for Pat Cronin on May 17, 1984. We offer auto, property, commercial, health and life insurance. As the Office Manager and am proud to come to work every day, helping our customers! I love that no day is ever the same. Since I have been working here for several years, our customers are like family to me! Pat, Mary, Aline and my colleagues are definitely my work family. This has not been just a job for me – this is my career. I look forward to meeting you and hope you become part of our State Farm family.
